Established in 2019, Flannel Homes has provided high quality new construction anywhere in West Michigan. We’ve done projects ranging from building condos up in Manistee, all the way to remodeling a single family home down in St. Joseph.
We specialize in single family home construction and enjoy walking alongside customers to help bring their vision to life, all the way from the initial design process to the final walkthrough. Sam Sincock
Sam is a licensed residential builder with a passion for quality construction and all things flannel. He started swinging a hammer at 13 and quickly realized that he deeply enjoyed the process of building homes. Today, Sam is passionate about overseeing building projects for customers in a way that puts them at ease with his detailed knowledge of the industry and open communication throughout the building process. Sam believes that your time is extremely valuable, and is committed to providing high quality construction in the shortest amount of time.

What to Expect
Initial Consultation
Our initial consultations are a free in person or over the phone opportunity to share your vision for your project, get to know us, and determine if we might be a good fit for your needs.
Design & Planning
Our journey together begins with the design & planning process. This is an essential component of the construction process that provides you with a clear vision and expectation for your project. Flannel Homes enjoys working with our customers to develop a completely custom design. If you already have some initial designs or planning completed, we can review those together and prepare them for the construction process. Every design element of your home is established at this stage, including final selections of materials.
Pre-Construction
After you decide to move forward with your project, Flannel Homes works to gather all necessary permitting & site readiness preparations. This is also the stage where customers finalize the financing of their project.
Construction
Here, you get to enjoy watching your vision come to life. You can sit back & relax while Flannel Homes constructs your new home or remodeling project with clear communication, frequent updates, and site inspections.
Final Walkthrough
In this final stage of your project, you’ll have an opportunity to review every aspect of your project and ensure that the final product delivers the dream you envisioned.
